Reviitron Brain Harmony
Helping your brain help itself
Helping your brain help itself
Welcome! Here at Reviitron we offer a program called Brain Echo Technology. This is an innovative and state of the art neurotechnology that can help to improve a wide range of conditions including sleep difficulties, depression, anxiety, trauma, concussion, brain injury, ADHD, memory, energy, stress, long covid, and more! This therapy is a non-invasive approach that uses EEG sensors attached to your head. Brain Echo Technology is NOT Neurofeedback, which provides feedback about your brain waves to you so that you can learn to self regulate your brain‘s activity. Our technology does not input anything into your brain or body. Our technology listens to your brain’s activity and plays it back to you in real time as sound notes through earphones. Your brain reacts to its own created sounds by amending imbalances and creating new neural networks all while you rest and relax in a chair.
We are operating out of Beju Medical & Wellness Centre in Sylvan Lake.
WHAT IS BRAIN ECHO TECHNOLOGY?
The brain produces waves of different frequency according to its current activity. For example, during deep sleep your brain produces mainly delta and theta waves, which are slow waves. On the opposite end of the scale, while doing a difficult math problem, the brain should produce mainly beta waves, which are fast and enable us to complete this kind of task.
In reality the stress of our every day lives has resulted in brains that are not always able to produce the correct brain waves at the appropriate time. So sometimes when you should be producing beta waves, your brain does not do that, for a wide variety of reasons, and your mind feels foggy, or you just can’t complete the task.
At other times, when you would like your brain to quieten down so that you can sleep, instead your mind races and is full of unhelpful thoughts. Most people have experienced these kinds of situations from time to time. In extreme situations, where the brain fails to produce the correct wave for the situation on an ongoing basis, the result can be a wide variety of illnesses.
During Brain Echo sessions, the brain activity is captured and played back through earphones. The brain is able to observe and learn from its own sounds giving it the advantage to work toward homeostasis and optimizing its performance.
As the brain practices and observes, it grows stronger, in the same way that an exercised muscle grows stronger. This enhanced brain now has the ability to react more quickly and appropriately to a given situation.
HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?
Using electrodes, we take an initial brain map of your brain activities, which takes about two minutes. From that map, we can identify in which brain areas electrical imbalances are occurring.
Based on this information, we will personalize the therapy to what your brain needs. The identified imbalances allow us to see where the problems lie, i.e. trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, anger etc., so we can address the correct issues. After the initial assessment, the brain echo sessions take place. Each session is 1.5 - 2 hours long and at least 5 sessions are required. Four of them daily, and the fifth one in 21 days. This allows for new neural pathways to be set.
The echo therapy is a simple process – we measure your brain activities by placing a set of electrodes which listens to your dominant neural frequencies and those electrodes send that information to our software. The program converts those brain wave frequencies into sounds and plays them back to your brain via earphones, while you relax in a comfortable, reclined chair.
This process is repeated a few times with varying electrode positions on your head. In that way, the brain listens to itself and adjusts the imbalances accordingly. The identified imbalances also allow us to see where the problems lie, i.e. trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, anger etc., so we can address and correct these issues.
An optimized brain is able to handle stress and better facilitate a state of relaxation. This then improves brain function which enables well-being in many different aspects of life.
To achieve optimal wellness, one must apply it towards every possible endeavor. You can apply a wellness approach towards your environment, community, career, belief systems, physical activities, self care, eating, self esteem, and creative activities. Applying wellness to your brain can allow you to achieve a fuller potential and live with a better quality of life.

It is important to us partners and staff that we place ourselves in the land in which we are settlers, live, learn, and create. We want to honour that we live in multiple areas throughout Central Alberta. Myself (Chelsea) and Rory, on Treaty 6 ,7, and traditional Metis meeting grounds, Waskaso SeePee, colonially known as Red Deer. Recognizing as well that the Reviitron office is located in kinepik (ᑭᓀᐱᐠ) colonially known as Sylvan Lake on treaty 6 territory.
Honouring this land is one way we wish to honour truth and reconciliation.
In the spirit of seeing each nation and person as interconnected, we use a belief held by some Indigenous Peoples regarding strands of sweet grass braided together. This knowledge teaches that the three sections of the braid represent love, kindness and honesty.
Here at Reviitron we aim to avoid practices that define or exclude people based on their race, culture, religion, linguistic background, sexual orientation, gender identity, ethnic background, socioeconomic status, ability, age, and/or mental health diagnosis. We treat the person not a label!
Services, treatments, and supports are delivered in a culturally competent and culturally safe way. Cultural safety is grounded in the recognition of cultural diversity.
